About the role

As a Stewarding Supervisor at Levi’s Stadium, you will maintain kitchen sanitation, equipment, and product accessibility to support the culinary team in delivering “World Class” cuisine. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will uphold The Levy Difference while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product freshness and availability to meet culinary needs.
• Monitor product quality according to Levy Purchasing guidelines.
• Maintain storage areas for accessibility and proper equipment/supplies for the culinary team.
• Uphold show-quality standards at all times.
• Support and communicate Company initiatives.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules as directed by the Director of Operations.
• Plan operations to ensure adequate products and equipment for anticipated business levels.
• Practice proper safety, sanitation, and product control.
• Monitor invoices to ensure charges align with agreed-upon parameters.
• Ensure team members adhere to Levy Restaurants guidelines (training manual/employee handbook).
• Achieve assigned delegation budget goals.
• Use Levy systems (BOSS, Point-of-Sale, WFM, etc.) accurately.
• Promote a cooperative work climate to maximize productivity and morale.
• Provide guidance and feedback using performance management tools.
• Conduct regular meetings to maintain open communication between management and team members.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to Levy guidelines.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward team members.

Requirements

• Effective communication in English (speaking, reading, writing) and basic math/computer skills.
• Stamina to work 60+ hours per week, including extended shifts (10+ hours) as business dictates.
• Flexible schedule with availability for different shifts.
• Ability to handle job hazards (slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts, strains).
• Physical demands: extensive standing/walking (including stairs), reaching, lifting, stooping, and bending throughout shifts.

Pay

$28.00 to $32.00 per hour.
