Stewarding Supervisor

About the role

The Stewarding Supervisor assists in supervising the day-to-day operation of the Stewarding department. This includes maintaining and sanitizing food production service areas, managing staff schedules, and coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the Stewarding department
• Maintain and sanitize food production service areas
• Manage, schedule, and coach department staff
• Assume floor presence in the absence of Stewarding Leadership

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• 1-2 years previous Stewarding experience
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
• Spanish verbal and written skills preferred
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
