Stewarding Supervisor

Organization- Hyatt Regency Phoenix Summary The Role The Stewarding Supervisor is primarily responsible for assisting to supervise a team of Steward Colleagues who are responsible for banquet back up, supplying china, silverware, glassware and other food/beverage vessels; stocking and pushing hot boxes; dishwashing from all kitchen areas and overall cleanliness of Kitchen and Food & Beverage areas of the hotel. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Flexible schedule preferred, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous supervisory experience preferred Prior experience in a Culinary operation or stewarding position Intermediate computer skills Proficient English
