About the role

The Stewarding team ensures that each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and also keeps the kitchen and the "heart of house" clean and safe. They are responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment and kitchen production areas in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware for all outlets and functions.
• Keep the kitchen and "heart of house" clean and safe.
• Clean, maintain, and sanitize china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment and kitchen production areas in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in food service or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols.

$32.19 per hour
