About the role
As a steward, your job involves the cleanliness and organization of dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Wash kitchen utensils.
- Clean floors and walls in kitchen and other food and beverage areas.
- Perform other manual tasks as assigned.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- One (1) year work experience in a similar environment.
Pay
USD $22.00 per hour. This is a tipped position.
