About the role

Craniometrix is adding a Bookkeeper whose work will ensure financial record integrity across non-clinical dementia-care navigation and Medicare GUIDE support for patients, families, caregivers, and providers. This role focuses on bookkeeping within dementia care navigation support, ensuring every handoff clearly shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.

Responsibilities

• Review the Bookkeeper workflow by helping the team reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing.
• Maintain the Bookkeeper workflow by tracking unresolved financial exceptions.
• Track the Bookkeeper workflow by ensuring audit-ready documentation.
• Own the Bookkeeper workflow by protecting confidential account information.
• Coordinate the Bookkeeper workflow by reviewing financial inputs against supporting records.

Pay

Base salary: $48,000–$68,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
