Responsibilities
- Maintain guest rooms and common areas
- Ensure all guest amenities are stocked and functioning
- Perform nightly cleaning routines
- Handle guest requests and complaints
- Assist with housekeeping tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
