The Stewarding Manager is an integral part of the Food & Beverage team. This person supervises day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department. As the Stewarding Manager you will be responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas.

• Manage scheduling
• Oversee management duties
• Handle payroll
• Conduct interviewing and hiring

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined communication skills and basic computer skills are essential
• Strong leadership skills are highly recommended
• 2-3 years of hotel management or supervisory experience is preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift a moderate amount of weight
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Must be TABC and Food Handler Certified
