The Hotel Manager oversees all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial success. Key responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and implementing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage staff performance and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all areas of the hotel
• Implement and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct inventory checks and manage supply levels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in hotel management
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with property management systems
• Knowledge of local and international travel regulations
