Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage staff performance and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all areas of the hotel
- Implement and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct inventory checks and manage supply levels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel management
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with property management systems
- Knowledge of local and international travel regulations
