About the Role

Tumble Brook Country Club in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a driven Part-Time Steward to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused environment as part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage, walk-in cooler, sweeping, and mopping.
• Empties kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in their proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishes, and cleans the kitchen after close.
• May assist in food preparation as directed.
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
