About the role

Reporting to the Executive Steward, you will support the kitchen and guest experience by ensuring clean, organized, and efficient dishwashing operations.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
• Operate an industrial dishwasher
• Ensure kitchen colleagues have the required dishes and silverware, and guests receive clean tableware
• Sort, stack, and load/unload the dishwasher
• Organize and safely store all cleaned items
• Remove and inventory all breakages and chipped items from circulation
• Keep floors dry and clean at all times
• Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Highly responsible and reliable

• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Physical demands

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
• Exposure to hot surfaces and cleaning chemicals

Pay

Hourly rate: $35.28 USD gross per hour.
