Starting at $25/hr - Customer Support Rep (Manufacturing Environment)

ProRecruiters is seeking a highly organized Customer Support Representative to join a growing precision manufacturing team in Claremore, Oklahoma. This is a full-time position where you will excel at customer communication, enjoy coordinating multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.
• Provide timely order updates and communicate production status.
• Monitor customer orders, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, purchasing, and shipping to resolve issues.
• Support production scheduling and material flow throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain accurate records using ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and other tracking tools.
• Communicate schedule changes, delays, and customer concerns.
• Prepare customer documentation, reports, and follow-up communications.
• Support continuous improvement of production efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of customer support, scheduling, production control, or related experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Ability to interpret customer requirements, production schedules, and order information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player who works well across departments.
• Self-motivated with excellent follow-through.

Starting at $25.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
