FT Supervisor ($25+/hr)

About the role

Supervisors contribute as an integral member of the store management team by implementing strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth. The role supports the leadership team in driving sales, coaching associates, managing daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members through effective leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills; able to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Compliance with all Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs.
• Consistently meets or exceeds established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb., kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Pay

The hourly pay range is $18.80 – $31.30, based on experience, qualifications, and applicable minimum wage requirements.
