Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Transition projects seamlessly from conceptual sketches into comprehensive 3D models and renderings.
• Documentation: Prepare exhaustive, permit-ready construction document sets.
• Technical Coordination: Lead the integration of structural and mechanical systems with a team of expert consultants.
• Project Stewardship: Assist in guiding clients through the build process, ensuring refined details are executed with genuine craftsmanship.

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in Architecture from an accredited college.
• Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in design through construction documentation. Experience in single-family residential projects is preferred.
• Technical Mastery: High proficiency in REVIT is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and Lumion is a strong plus.
• Attributes: Detail oriented, collaborative, and enjoy the challenge of complex sites.
