Responsibilities

• Manage every aspect of design and construction, from conceptual design to product research, and from zoning analysis to construction contract administration.
• Demonstrate thoroughness, proactivity, and detail orientation.
• Invest design sensibility in all facets of work.
• Take ownership of projects.
• Experience in high-end residential design.
• Filing experience with NYC DOB and LPC.
• Site experience during construction contract administration.

Requirements

• Strong design, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited university.
• At least 3 years of post-professional-degree work experience.
• Fluency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling.
• Project Manager experience in high-end residential design.
• Filing experience with NYC DOB and LPC.
• Site experience during construction contract administration.

Qualifications

• Available to start by May 2026.
• Must already live in the New York metropolitan area.
• Must possess all legal permits and visas required to work in the U.S.

Skills

• Strong design, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• AutoCAD and 3D modeling proficiency.
• Project Manager experience in high-end residential design.
• Filing experience with NYC DOB and LPC.
• Site experience during construction contract administration.
