About the role

Manhattan-based architectural firm seeks an experienced Intermediate Architect for both institutional and residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce full design and construction documents for both institutional and residential projects.
• Work on fast-paced projects as part of a team.
• Show strong design skills, expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino.
• Be self-motivated and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• B.Arch or M.Arch degree.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Legal status to work in the United States.
