Responsibilities

• Aid in schematic design, building code research, and zoning analysis.
• Advance design development through 3D models, renderings, diagrams, and presentation packages.
• Generate well-crafted, coordinated construction drawings for permitting, bidding, and construction.
• Manage Revit model production and adhere to BIM standards.
• Select materials and detail construction processes under guidance from senior staff.
• Collaborate with consultants and other project team members.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with visualization tools like Enscape.
• Strong understanding of wood-framed construction.
• Active ARE progress preferred.
