About the role

As part of the Customer Service and Circular Economy team, you will handle a mix of administrative, client relations, sales, and continuous improvement tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Create, request, send, and track Waste Tracking Forms (BSD)
  • Complete and monitor supplier account opening files
  • Transmit necessary administrative and legal documents to clients
  • Process, assign, and track customer service tickets via our ticketing tool (ZOHO DESK)
  • Update and monitor client data in internal tools
  • Manage and track customer reviews
  • Handle simple disputes in collaboration with clients and internal teams
  • Support client and partner requests by phone and email

As part of your skill development, you may also participate in:

  • Customer loyalty initiatives for clients who have left reviews
  • Follow-up with clients who placed online orders
  • Commercial development actions to enhance satisfaction and repeat orders

Requirements

  • Proficiency in digital tools
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Initial experience (internship, work-study, or student job) in customer service, sales administration, or business development is a plus
