Staffing Coordinator - Per Diem
Major Responsibilities
Maintain accurate schedules and timecards for assigned departments using scheduling/timekeeping software.
Track scheduling changes, position control, and weekly data (e.g., bonus logs, overtime).
Utilize core staffing patterns and budgetary guidelines to book shifts and adjust staffing levels.
Schedule staff and approve/deny time off and shift swaps per CBA and unit guidelines.
Attend daily bed meetings and communicate staffing needs based on census and acuity.
Take sick calls, provide coverage, and round with staff to assess and fill shift vacancies.
Position Qualifications
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: None specified.
- Experience/Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with scheduling and/or timekeeping software; strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to multitask, problem solve, and analyze complex staffing schedules.
- Preferred: Experience in a healthcare staffing office or similar role; experience with Kronos timekeeping software.

Pay
The final offer may vary within the range of $17.36 - $31.26 based on a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
Schedule
- Holidays - One Major Summer Holiday, One Major Winter Holiday.
- Sunday through Saturday, Weekends - One Full Weekend a Month.
- Scheduled Hours 830am-1130pm, Shift 4 - Mixed Shift, 8 Hours (United States of America).
