Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Fountains Rehabilitation at Mill Cove, a vibrant senior living community in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Cook up staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and maintain high-quality patient care
• Develop and manage staffing schedules to ensure effective use of resources
• Recruit, hire, and train new staff members as needed
• Manage staff attendance and punctuality, addressing any issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with care team members to ensure seamless delivery of care services
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including staffing schedules, attendance records, and incident reports
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff members

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field (nursing, healthcare, or customer service)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Passion for delivering high-quality care and excellent customer service
