Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules for facility
• Identify and manage staffing gaps, ensuring adequate coverage for patient care
• Collaborate with nursing management to develop and implement staffing plans to meet patient needs
• Maintain accurate records of staffing schedules, including overtime and call-ins
• Develop and implement successful recruitment and retention strategies to increase staff satisfaction and reduce turnover

Requirements

• Prior experience as a nursing home staffing coordinator
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
