You will work closely with our hiring managers to identify and attract top talent, ensuring a seamless transition for new team members.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for open positions in our nursing home facilities
• Conduct screenings and evaluate candidates for fit and qualifications
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes for new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate status

Requirements

• Familiarity with the nursing home industry required
• Proven recruitment experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
