We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to join our team!

Hospital Details: Gateway Rehab, located in Florence, KY is a 40 bed inpatient rehab providing rehabilitative services to people recovering from disabilities caused by injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of all unit staffing plans
• Participation in the assessment of staffing needs
• Scheduling nursing personnel hours
• Adjusting staffing as required
• Calling in replacement personnel at the discretion of nursing leadership
• Affirmation of various human resources forms and processes, including but not limited to status changes, new hire forms, requisitions, arranging follow up interviews with applicants, and tracking evaluations and absences
• Performing timecard edits and running appropriate time and attendance reports

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in scheduling and time and attendance tracking required.
• Minimum of one (1) previous administrative experience in a healthcare environment required.

• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
