Staffing Coordinator
This is a part-time, day shift position working 24 hours per week.
About the role
This position provides a variety of scheduling functions and services for the Department. As part of a major department of the medical center, the scheduler creates monthly schedules and makes daily adjustments to nursing staff for each unit, supporting applicable units and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide monthly schedules for nursing staff.
- Make daily adjustments to nursing staff schedules.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience working with Kronos or other comparable electronic timekeeping system.
Qualifications
- Required: Clinical administrative experience (e.g., staffing or staff scheduling experience in a medical environment).
- Preferred:
- 1 or more years of clinical administrative experience including staffing or scheduling.
- 1 year of payroll processing experience.

Pay
Pay range: $21.16 - $32.37 per hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
