Staffing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to meet the needs of all callers and in-person guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Provides accurate information to all callers and guests.
• Answers and screens a high volume of incoming phone calls.
• Directs calls to the appropriate person if you are unable to resolve the caller’s needs on your own.
• Takes detailed messages ensuring the information collected is accurate (i.e., full name, contact info, reason for calling) and forwards to the appropriate individual in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Checks voice messages each morning and throughout the day, documents & tags messages to the appropriate team members in the ATS.
• Receive, sort, and distribute USPS mail daily.
• Oversees Onboarding Process to ensure timely completion by supporting the Recruiting Team.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with employees.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned (i.e., following up with candidates & employees, data entry, and reporting, etc.).

Qualifications

• A friendly, outgoing, and a self-described “People Person”!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Able to read, write, and speak English and have excellent grammar and spelling skills
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service driven and have high standards
• Able to sit for long periods of time
• Comfortable managing a high volume of incoming calls and having great phone etiquette
• Able to multi-task, prioritize workflows, and have great time management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) a plus
