Responsibilities

• Schedule employees to meet our resident’s needs
• Maintain a master schedule
• Secure coverage for open shifts when needed
• Ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect
• Ensure our residents are comfortable and safe

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years of relevant experience is preferable but not required

• Knowledge, skills, and attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
