Staffing Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill our Staffing Coordinator position. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination of our staff, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Coincide staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels to meet the needs of our residents
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules as needed to maintain optimal staffing ratios
- Collaborate with the Administrative team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing and scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The salary range for this position is $XX/X per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
