About the role
This part-time/per diem position involves performing scheduling and timekeeping duties for the Patient Care Services Division. The Clinical Staffing Coordinator assists leadership with hospital-wide staffing while focusing on hospital-wide throughput. Responsibilities include oversight of day-to-day staffing and scheduling needs, bed management, and timecard management and maintenance. Rotating holiday shifts required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day staffing and scheduling for the Patient Care Services Division
- Assist leadership with hospital-wide staffing and throughput management
- Oversee bed management and timecard maintenance
- Handle competing requests and priorities in a professional and efficient manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Experience coordinating staffing across multiple units/departments preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Experience providing customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coordinate competing requests and priorities professionally and efficiently

Pay
$25.00 - $33.71 hourly. Individual wages are determined based on qualifications and experience.
