Because in a lot of ways, it will be.
Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day operations of the branch, including payroll, reporting, and recruitment activity
- Set clear KPIs for your team, coach them to hit those numbers, and celebrate when they do
- Be the first call for clients on job orders, temporary employee concerns, and business questions. When they have a problem, you're the one who fixes it
- Support your branch sales rep and help develop new accounts, building relationships at every level of client organizations
- Find new and creative ways to source talent, both active and passive candidates
- Set goals and incentives for your staff and communicate them clearly and often
- Dig into your branch numbers weekly and monthly and know exactly where you stand against your goals
- Partner with Risk Management, HR, and Compliance to keep safety front and center at our branches and client sites
- Interview and help select new members of your branch team
- Train and coach your people on the skills that make them successful
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in the staffing industry or a similar fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Proven knowledge of HR management and strategy, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and workforce planning
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of modern recruiting techniques, including online and social media recruiting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay steady and effective in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools

Pay
$70,000–$80,000 per year + Quarterly Bonus opportunities
