Staffing Analyst
Position Summary
The Staffing Analyst supports the hospital’s efforts to maintain high standards in staffing practices by ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role involves assisting with audits, monitoring staffing processes, and collecting data to ensure ongoing review of staffing/staffing law and alignment with hospital staffing standards. The Staffing Analyst works closely with the leadership, staffing, and HR teams to maintain a proactive and retrospective review of staffing and productivity.
Position Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance in a healthcare or hospital environment is required.
Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. An associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
