Staff Solutions Engineer, MSSP Partner

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Solutions Engineer, MSSP Partner to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will focus on driving technical partner success across a managed security services ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on adoption, enablement, and growth. You will serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic partners, helping them remove blockers, deepen product knowledge, and build momentum in the market. The position blends solution engineering, partner enablement, and go-to-market collaboration in a cybersecurity environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $224,000 – $308,000 annually Responsibilities Support the growth of managed security services partner business across North America Build strong partner relationships and drive adoption of the company's cybersecurity solutions Conduct technical training and deliver proofs of value to partners Identify and resolve technical objections and blockers for partners Plan and create go-to-market initiatives with partners Gather partner feedback to help improve the company's offerings Own the technical relationship with partners and coordinate additional resources Qualifications 15+ years of experience in the field, including 8+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills, especially with MSPs, MSSPs, and strategic partners Proven track record of growing managed partner technical resources and building internal relationships Experience delivering technical demos and presentations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives Background as a practitioner in MSSP, MSP, MDR, or IR partner environments, or in a SOC Familiarity with EDR, XDR, SIEM, and cloud technologies, along with cybersecurity solutions Experience with cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a focus on security and compliance Benefits Opportunity to travel up to 50% for partner engagement Work in a dynamic environment focused on partner success Access to cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies and solutions Collaborative culture with a focus on building community among partners Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
