Staff Solutions Engineer, MSSP Ecosystem Partner

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Solutions Engineer, MSSP Ecosystem Partner to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This remote role sits at the intersection of technical strategy, partner enablement, and cybersecurity solution design. You will guide managed security service provider partnerships, translate complex product capabilities into business value, and help shape scalable adoption across a growing partner ecosystem. The position works closely with partner engineering, executive stakeholders, and go-to-market teams to remove blockers and drive commercial outcomes. You will also develop technical enablement programs, influence roadmap execution through partner feedback, and support high-impact relationship management at the senior leadership level. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $224,000 – $308,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the technical strategy for MSSP partnerships, driving adoption and engagement Shape partner understanding of the company's benefits, addressing complex technical challenges Design phased architecture roadmaps for partners transitioning to the platform Collaborate with partner engineering teams to execute roadmap plans and resolve technical blockers Own executive-level messaging and manage high-impact partner relationships Create go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners, integrating the company's technology Develop and oversee technical training programs for partners and mentor other SEs Qualifications 15+ years in the field, with 8+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services Proven experience scaling managed partner technical programs and mentoring SEs Strong track record operating at CTO/VP Engineering level, translating technical roadmaps into commercial outcomes Exceptional technical, communication, and organizational skills, with deep experience in MSP/MSSP environments Expert-level familiarity with EDR, XDR, SIEM, and cloud technologies, particularly in cybersecurity Benefits Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Flexible time off, paid holidays, and gender-neutral parental leave Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan with company match and life/disability insurance Home office allowance and mobile phone reimbursement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
