About the role

• Provides immediate medical care to patients experiencing acute health issues
• Handles triage and dispatches appropriate medical interventions
• Maintains a calm and supportive environment for patients and families

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient conditions and determines appropriate medical interventions
• Communicates with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
• Administers medications and treatments as directed
• Monitors patient progress and reports changes to healthcare team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience in emergency or urgent care settings preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout shifts
