Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Local Office leadership to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs for our three distinct location types: Flagship, Retail, and Service offices.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Service Experts, Ambassador Experts, and Concierge Experts, ensuring all hires meet the specific "onsite" requirements for community engagement and tax proficiency.
- Navigate the complexities of location-based hiring, ensuring offers are extended in alignment with office lease timelines.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality external talent while simultaneously managing internal rehire funnels.
- Create best-in-class experiences that delight candidates, effectively selling the value proposition of a physical office environment, community impact, and new incentive structures.
- Use data insights to diagnose bottlenecks and provide daily updates to TA Managers on progress against hiring goals.
- Mentor other recruiters and coordinators on the nuances of onsite hiring.
Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of proven success in full-cycle recruitment, with a track record of hiring in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
- Experience in Retail, Field, or Onsite Hiring: Experience recruiting for physical locations is a plus.
- Consultative Approach: Proven ability to partner with and influence hiring managers at various levels, guiding them on local market trends, compensation strategy, and interview best practices.
- Agility & Flexibility: A growth mindset with the ability to adapt to changing dynamics—such as shifting lease timelines or evolving role requirements—without losing momentum.
- Data Literacy: Success in using data to drive recruitment solutions and educate stakeholders on the health of the hiring funnel.
- Candidate Closing Skills: Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing candidates in a competitive market, specifically highlighting non-traditional benefits like community impact and flexible onsite scheduling.
- Strategic Influence: Proven ability to shape talent strategy at the organizational level — not just execute it — including building scalable hiring infrastructure, frameworks, and playbooks from scratch in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Track record of influencing senior stakeholders (Director+) across functions including Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Marketing without direct authority, driving alignment on competing priorities.
