The Staff Recruiter at Gibson Dunn oversees the recruitment process for high-level staff positions across various Global Services departments. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, negotiating contracts, conducting initial phone screenings, extending offers, and managing onboarding and integration.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple roles and reprioritize responsibilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources practices and recruiting practices
- Critical thinking and sound judgment with problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within a legal environment
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Experience seeking and placing talent globally (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
The annual compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Benefits offered include health care, retirement benefits, paid days off, parental leave, basic life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, and discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
