Staff Product Manager, Student Experience

The Student Experience team builds the classroom experience for adult learners balancing jobs and families, directly impacting completion, certification, and job placement outcomes.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Product Manager, Student Experience at Stepful, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for the end-to-end student experience across D2C and B2B2C from onboarding through graduation. You will run a disciplined experimentation program with A/B tests and rapid prototypes to improve completion rates and job outcomes. Additionally, you will partner closely with student success coaches, instructors, and engineering teams to ship intuitive mobile experiences powered by AI and automation.
