About the role
The Staff Product Manager – eCommerce Fulfillment Post Transactions and Communications leads the vision, strategy, and delivery of seamless post-purchase experiences that keep Walmart customers informed, confident, and in control after they place an order. They define how customers access and understand order details, track order status across fulfillment journeys, receive timely transaction communications, and act when plans change across digital and physical touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Define how customers access and understand order details, track order status across fulfillment journeys, receive timely transaction communications, and act when plans change across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Ensure every post-transaction interaction is transparent, proactive, reliable, and easy to use from order placement through fulfillment and beyond.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, stores, fulfillment centers, customer support, and business stakeholders to define capabilities that perfect order, optimize fulfillment outcomes, and create transparent customer experiences.
- Leverage modern AI tools and build AI-native applications and experiences to create intuitive, scalable, and customer-centric products.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling large-scale consumer or enterprise platforms.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end experiences across digital and physical channels (eCommerce, mobile, stores/clubs, shipping, pickup, delivery).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy, define metrics, and drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong business and technical judgment, with the ability to partner with engineering and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
- Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 in San Bruno, CA and $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 in Bentonville, AR. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
