About The Role
As Product Manager, Fulfillment & Delivery, you will oversee the systems, integrations, and operational processes that ensure every Hone patient receives their medications on time, every time. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Management, you will collaborate closely with engineering, pharmacy, clinical, and operations teams to build reliable, scalable fulfillment infrastructure for both Rx and non-Rx product lines.
- Own the roadmap for Fulfillment & Delivery, covering prescription writing and approval workflows, order creation and combination logic, pharmacy and carrier integrations, and the tooling that supports Hone’s pharmacy technology and operations teams.
- Persistently ensure end-to-end medication delivery reliability by defining metrics, building visibility, and collaborating with pharmacy operations, clinical operations, engineering, and finance to guarantee timely medication delivery for all patients.
- Partner with engineering to design, specify, and deploy reliable integrations with DoseSpot, pharmacies, supplement vendors, and shipping carriers.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as first-fill and refill on-time delivery rates, time to first fill, order failure and error rates, and manual operational hours.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate manual fulfillment workflows and measure the success of launched features to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in a role involving backend systems, third-party integrations, and operational teams.
- Strong technical fluency, comfortable with reading API documentation, writing integration specifications, and collaborating closely with engineers on architectural decisions.
- Experience in fulfillment, supply chain, pharmacy, or logistics products, with healthcare or DTC pharmacy experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage operational reliability metrics end-to-end and demonstrate analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
- A self-starter who actively seeks out opportunities to enhance the product and user experience.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, and operational teams.
