Senior Product Manager - Fulfillment
Position Summary

What You'll Do
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a critical product area, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business objectives, and operational priorities.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and validation through delivery, launch, and optimization—while balancing customer experience, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Operations teams to define requirements, prioritize investments, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
- Leverage customer insights, analytics, and experimentation to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve product performance and user outcomes.
- Champion an adaptive, AI-enabled product mindset by exploring opportunities to incorporate artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and predictive capabilities into customer and operational experiences.
- Move beyond traditional product development approaches by embracing rapid experimentation, iterative delivery, and data-informed decision-making to accelerate learning and value creation.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and business partners to align on priorities, communicate product vision, and drive execution in a highly matrixed environment.
- Define success metrics, monitor product health, and use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide prioritization and strategic decisions.
- Identify and mitigate risks, navigate technical tradeoffs, and proactively resolve challenges that may impact delivery, scalability, or customer experience.
- Mentor and support fellow product managers by sharing best practices in product discovery, prioritization, stakeholder management, and launch readiness.
What You'll Bring
- Significant experience building and scaling customer-facing digital products, with demonstrated success owning strategy and execution for complex product initiatives.
- Strong product sense and ability to translate customer problems, business goals, and operational needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving alignment and outcomes without direct authority.
- Expertise in data-driven product management, including analytics, experimentation, KPI development, and hypothesis-driven decision-making.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and navigating technical concepts, tradeoffs, and dependencies in agile environments.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, automation, or emerging technologies, and a curiosity for applying these capabilities to solve customer and business problems.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment across diverse audiences.
- A builder's mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and reimagining how products are developed and delivered in an increasingly AI-driven world.
Minimum Qualifications

- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.

Additional Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 in Sunnyvale, California and $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 in Bentonville, Arkansas. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock
