About the role
The Manager, E-Commerce Fulfillment leads Pandora’s e-commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring seamless execution across both direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels. This role plays a critical role in shaping the future of digital fulfillment capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of e-commerce fulfillment in-house, establishing processes, systems, and team structure
- Own onboarding and fulfillment readiness for marketplace vendors and future marketplace channels
- Oversee end-to-end order execution including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping
- Build scalable fulfillment processes to support growth across DTC and marketplace channels
- Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, including labor and capacity planning
- Partner cross-functionally with Logistics, Planning, Digital, and Customer Experience teams
- Drive KPI performance including order accuracy, ship-on-time, and order cycle time
- Identify risks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Develop and maintain SOPs, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field
- 5+ years of DTC Distribution experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or distribution operations
- Experience supporting or scaling DTC and/or marketplace fulfillment (Amazon preferred)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS, ERP) and fulfillment workflows
- Demonstrated ability to build processes and lead operational transformation initiatives
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within the jewelry industry
- Knowledge of Pandora’s values and mission

Pay
Maryland Salary: $111,000 - $125,000 commensurate with experience
