About the role
Waabi, founded by AI visionary Raquel Urtasun, is the leader in Physical AI. With a world-class team, we're unlocking the next era of autonomous transportation with technology that's powering commercial autonomous trucks and robotaxis. Waabi is backed by and partners with world leaders in AI, automotive, logistics, and deep tech. With offices in Toronto, San Francisco, Dallas, and Pittsburgh, Waabi is growing quickly and looking for diverse, innovative and collaborative candidates who want to impact the world in a positive way.
What You'll Do
- You will own high-impact commercial product workstreams end-to-end.
- Near-term areas of focus may include Command Center / fleet oversight, Life of a Load (end-to-end service delivery), launch and land operations, AV hubs and customer launch sites, Waabi Services (maintenance, inspections, roadside, data offload, mission support, customer operations), partner and ecosystem integration, and pilot-to-scale playbooks.
- Across those workstreams, you will:
- Define the "how" behind novel autonomous trucking challenges through process mapping, operating model design, requirements definition, and cross-functional alignment.
- Translate customer, operations, autonomy, and business needs into clear product requirements and deployment plans.
- Create scalable playbooks that reduce friction for future customers, lanes, sites, and partners.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams with autonomy, operations, engineering, business development, safety, legal, and external partners.
- Drive workshops with internal teams and external partners, including agenda design, decision framing, progress tracking, and follow-through.
- Identify key tradeoffs across customer value, autonomy readiness, operational complexity, cost, speed, and long-term scalability.
- Inform partnership requirements and operating models with OEMs, customers, service providers, and facility partners, in close partnership with BD.
- Produce executive-ready decision memos, operating playbooks, and product artifacts for your workstreams.
- Work closely with engineering and autonomy teams to understand technical constraints, risks, readiness levels, and product implications.
- Communicate clearly with technical, operational, commercial, and executive audiences.

- Track record of designing, launching, or scaling complex B2B products, services, programs, or operating models
- Strong systems thinking and first-principles judgment — able to break ambiguous problems into clear frameworks, requirements, decisions, and execution plans
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
- Executive-grade written and verbal communication
- High EQ, low ego, and bias toward ownership and action
Zero-to-one product or program experience at an early-stage or scaling startup
