Job Responsibilities
- Manage Carrier RFQ’s, selection and vetting process.
- Manage Carrier Strategic Route Guide and Zero-Cost based reporting.
- Develop and monitor Carrier Scorecards (service, cost, safety).
- Gather market intelligence to drive strategic decisions for RFQ’s and Best practices.
- Responsible for developing and monitoring Co2 emissions for 3rd party Carriers.
- Lead Best Practices utilization of the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Implement Freight Payment Audit Solutions to reduce risk.
Qualifications
- 10 or more years of experience in Transportation and or Supply Chain related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, Procurement or Engineering
- Bulk truck Transportation market and processes knowledge
- End to End supply chain processes proficiency
- Ability to understand transportation requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Ability to apply End to End Supply Chain concepts.
- Ability to manage data and develop concepts and information. (strong analytical skills)
- Knowledge in SAP, TMS and Analytical tools (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, Qlick sense)
- APIC’s certification or SCOR knowledge (a plus)
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) (a plus)

Working Conditions
