Responsibilities

  • Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision-making.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.
  • Mentor and inspire the product team, sharing best practices and helping elevate the team's capabilities.
  • Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to align and drive support for product initiatives.
  • Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes.
  • Able to mentor, lead teams, and influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and other product management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).

Work Environment

  • Moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
  • Ability to work in a confined area.
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
  • Occasional stooping or kneeling may be necessary.
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job due to computer work.
  • Light to moderate lifting is required.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.

Pay

Annual Salary: $151,038.00 - $234,109.00
