Staff Engineering Product Manager (Remote)

About the role

Lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and roadmap for AI agents in detection and remediation
• Set and manage goals and success measures based on customer needs
• Conduct customer interviews and market research to identify high-value problems
• Prototype concepts using AI development tools to test and gather feedback
• Define requirements for agent reliability, safety, and user trust
• Prioritize product capabilities and address technical debt or quality issues
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams from discovery to delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience, Master's plus 6 years, or PhD plus 3 years of experience in a related field
• Proven track record managing technically complex products in enterprise software, cloud computing, or artificial intelligence
• Experience defining product roadmaps, requirements, and success criteria for software
• Demonstrated ability in conducting customer research and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams during all product development phases

Pay

$171,600 – $245,000 annually
