Technical Product Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Own the adoption program for customer deployments, monitoring velocity and go-live reporting across the customer portfolio.
• Establish and maintain a daily operating cadence with cross-functional teams during the first 100 customer deployments, then transition to regular check-ins.
• Close the customer feedback loop quickly by ensuring field insights reach product managers within a week.
• Identify and resolve blockers for deployment teams to keep programs moving smoothly.
• Develop and maintain the deployment playbook to support consistency and effectiveness across the team.
• Track and report on customer adoption metrics, identify performance gaps, and recommend strategies to improve outcomes.
• Communicate program status clearly to executive leadership and technical teams, tailoring updates to the audience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or enterprise AI/SaaS.
• Engineering background with the ability to understand architecture and participate in technical discussions.
• Hands-on experience with AI, agentic systems, and programming in Python, JS/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise technology platforms, APIs, and application development concepts.
• Experience managing a portfolio of customers and quickly identifying barriers to performance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both executives and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer and team collaboration.

Pay

$148,500 – $223,900 annually
