Technical Product Manager - Remote

About the Opportunity:The TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER will define and deliver innovative digital experiences across consumer-facing platforms related to health care. This role partners with cross-functional teams to translate consumer needs and business objectives into clear technical requirements, leading the delivery of customer-focused solutions that drive measurable outcomes. The position emphasizes the use of AI tools to enhance product development and continuous improvement of digital consumer experiences. Responsibilities:Collaborate with product, UX, analytics, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to identify consumer needs and business goalsConvert roadmaps and features into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using AI toolsMaintain and prioritize a feature backlog across web and mobile platforms based on value and feasibilityWork with engineering and architecture teams to understand system constraints and translate them into executable requirementsSupport product execution from discovery through launch by managing dependencies and stakeholder alignmentIdentify and mitigate product delivery risks and escalate issues as neededContribute to defining and improving AI-enabled consumer experiences with appropriate success metricsMonitor performance, adoption, feedback, and quality metrics to inform product improvements Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years technical product management or product owner experience with web/mobile software applicationsAt least 3 years defining technical requirements and acceptance criteria in a software development contextMinimum 2 years using product data and consumer feedback to guide decisionsStrong written and verbal communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholdersConsumer-centric mindset and ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced environments Pay Range and Compensation Package:The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employmentThe pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors Benefits & Perks:401(k) retirement plan Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
