Staff Product Manager (Remote First)

About the role

Shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes in a regulated financial-services environment. Influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought leader, creating inspiring narratives for the product vision
• Define and gain buy-in for a 2–3 year product vision and concrete 18–24 month strategy
• Collaborate with Product leaders to optimize the overarching product strategy
• Partner with leadership to shape cross-domain priorities and coordinate resources
• Serve as the hub for product and development teams to resolve dependencies
• Lead problem solving from strategy to execution, maximizing impact and ROI
• Identify high-value opportunities and align stakeholders on the best path forward

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in a technical or related field (preferably Engineering or Computer Science)
• 10+ years of experience in digital or software Product Management
• 5+ years of experience as a senior individual contributor or equivalent role in Product Management
• Proven success owning the full product lifecycle from 0 to 1 through scale
• Strong understanding of technical architecture and complex data flows
• Skilled in building product strategy tied to business outcomes
• Deep knowledge of strategic frameworks for linking execution to long-term goals

Pay

$150,000 – $190,000 annually
