About the role
Shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes in a regulated financial-services environment. Influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic thought leader, creating inspiring narratives for the product vision
- Define and gain buy-in for a 2–3 year product vision and concrete 18–24 month strategy
- Collaborate with Product leaders to optimize the overarching product strategy
- Partner with leadership to shape cross-domain priorities and coordinate resources
- Serve as the hub for product and development teams to resolve dependencies
- Lead problem solving from strategy to execution, maximizing impact and ROI
- Identify high-value opportunities and align stakeholders on the best path forward
Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma in a technical or related field (preferably Engineering or Computer Science)
- 10+ years of experience in digital or software Product Management
- 5+ years of experience as a senior individual contributor or equivalent role in Product Management
- Proven success owning the full product lifecycle from 0 to 1 through scale
- Strong understanding of technical architecture and complex data flows
- Skilled in building product strategy tied to business outcomes
- Deep knowledge of strategic frameworks for linking execution to long-term goals
Pay
$150,000 – $190,000 annually
