Staff Assistant, Football Technology & Support

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and internal technology systems across the football operation
• Aid with the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of football technology platforms, devices, and related equipment
• Support Active Directory, Windows operating systems, and foundational networking functions
• Troubleshoot and support a variety of applications and software platforms, including Microsoft 365, CrowdStrike, Adobe products, VPN clients, internet browsers, and other business applications
• Manage device inventory, track assets, and implement mobile device management (MDM) solutions for laptops, tablets, and other technology assets
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to deploy, test, maintain, and enhance football-related technology solutions and systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and discreetly
• Ability to lift, move, pack, and unpack equipment and systems weighing up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work extended hours, including holidays and weekends
