What You'll Do:
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and journal entries for assigned general ledger accounts, as well as, ad hoc reports/schedules
- Perform monthly close activities timely, including variance analyses for assigned accounts
- Lead projects, perform research and assist with reviewing reconciliations and journal entries prepared by staff accountants
- Assist management with maintaining and implementing accounting policies and procedures
- Support internal and external audit requests and deliverables
- Implement process efficiencies wherever possible
- Continuously develop skills to effectively leverage AI tools to improve business outcomes.
- Passion to problem-solve and to exercise strong critical thinking skills

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and enthusiasm

- Solid understanding of US GAAP and internal controls

- Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on big picture
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
- Minimum 4 years of related experience required
- Strong knowledge and proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, etc.) is required. Advanced Excel or automation experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Experience with inter-company accounting, consolidations, foreign currency reporting, and other areas of technical accounting
- Experience working with a large or publicly traded company a strong plus
