Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, financial accounting, financial analysis, accounts payable, and payroll processing.
• Proven experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing financial statements and reports, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Conducting thorough financial analysis and providing insights to support decision-making processes.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Overseeing payroll processing, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Supporting the annual audit process by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with all internal policies and relevant regulations, and keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
• Collaborating with other departments, providing financial guidance and support to assist in achieving company objectives.
